Article 1: Scope Services

The Provider shall provide legal metrology services to the Department in accordance with the Legal Metrology Act and Rules of Mizoram. This shall include Verification and Stamping of Weights and Measures, well conducting inspections investigations required Department.

Article 2: Term Contract

The Contract shall commence on the date of signing and remain in effect for a period of one year. May renewed upon mutual agreement parties.
