Andhra Pradesh Medical Council Registration Renewal Rules

These registration renewal rules (the “Rules”) are entered into by and between the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council (the “Council”) and the registered medical practitioners (the “Practitioners”).

Whereas, the Council is empowered to regulate the registration of medical practitioners in Andhra Pradesh, and the Practitioners are required to comply with the Council`s rules and regulations to maintain their registration;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Council and the Practitioners agree as follows:
